Art is not freely available image material.

Art is not a mood board.

Art is not a raw material for advertising.

My works emerge from lived experience—from war, from observation, from inner and outer landscapes. They are not decorative surfaces, but concentrated memories, positions, and decisions.

When aesthetic concepts, visual languages, or narrative structures are taken from my work and transferred into advertising or other external contexts without origin, without naming, without dialogue, this is neither coincidence nor inspiration—it is theft.

It becomes particularly problematic when art that critically engages with bodies, power, identity, or vulnerability is suddenly used to sell. 

This is not only a violation of boundaries—it is an emptying of meaning.

I work as an artist.

Not commercially in the service of external interests.
Not anonymously.
Not for unrestricted use.

Anyone who uses my work—or draws upon it for commercial or advertising purposes—is responsible for that appropriation and for its consequences.
Responsibility cannot be outsourced, obscured, or denied by calling it “inspiration.”
